Founder & Director

Raza Khan is the founder and Director of Samson. He has been working as a Property Consultant, Surveyor and Valuer in London since 2006. He has advised clients on all aspects of property surveys, Red Book Valuations and acquisitions/disposals of their estates from inception to completion including Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax Valuations. Raza specialises in Commercial and Residential Surveys, Consultancy and Valuations for all purposes.

Director & Architect

Founder and Director of Samson Space, with a demonstrated history in development and construction. Our team specialises in securing optimum planning permission, producing comprehensive tender packages, and delivering feasibility studies and master planning solutions. Highly experienced in high-end residential and commercial development, with a focus on quality, precision, and long-term value.

Senior Structural Engineer

A creative and analytical thinker specialising in structural engineering within the Skanska UK PLC Design office, particularly Schools and Healthcare. Recent projects include Blossom Street Retail and Commercial, Northern Hub Manchester Rail, Braiswick Primary School, Woodlands School Basildon, Great Ormond Street Hospital, and Project Wellesley, Worthy Down.

Head of Delivery

Jay has over ten years of expertise in the field, with experience performing appraisals and condition surveys on properties of all different types across the private, public and service sectors. Specialising in surveys and valuations, party wall agreements, lease extension appraisals, freehold enfranchisements, and acquisitions and disposals. As one of our senior partners, Jay is devoted to producing high-quality work and cultivating long-lasting customer connections.

Team Leader & Valuer

Amaan is a Team Leader and Valuer with responsibility for managing the team, overseeing property assessments and maintaining high professional standards across the department. He is also actively involved in business development, building relationships with new clients and supporting the continued growth of the firm. Combining strong technical knowledge with effective team leadership, Amaan is focused on delivering accurate valuations, efficient service and consistently high standards for clients.

Property Negotiator.

Malaikah is a Property Negotiator who supports clients throughout the sales and lettings process, helping to ensure a smooth and professional experience from initial enquiry through to completion. Her role includes liaising with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, arranging viewings, negotiating offers and maintaining regular communication between all parties. She is focused on providing a responsive service while helping to achieve successful outcomes for both clients and the firm.

Junior Surveyor

Tauqir is a Junior Surveyor who supports the team across a range of valuation and residential surveying instructions. His role includes conducting desktop valuations using comparable evidence and market data, preparing valuation reports in line with RICS standards, and assisting with HomeBuyer Reports and Schedules of Conditions. He also works closely with estate agents, solicitors and clients to gather and verify property information, while supporting senior surveyors with research, due diligence and technical assessments. Through his role, Tauqir has developed a strong understanding of valuation methodologies, property legislation and current market trends.

Head of Relations

As Head of Relations, Salim is responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with accountants, solicitors, architects and other key industry contacts. His role focuses on developing strategic collaborations, identifying new business opportunities and generating instructions through an established professional network. He has successfully secured new instructions through these relationships and helped deliver positive outcomes for both clients and the firm.

Property Manager

Nadir manages client and professional relationships across Samson's residential, commercial and block management portfolio. His role includes supporting landlords and leaseholders, coordinating day-to-day property matters and assisting with the effective management of properties. He is also involved in business development, helping to build new relationships and support the continued growth of the firm while maintaining a professional and responsive service for clients.
