Structural Survey
Expert assessment of structural movement, subsidence, cracking and other structural defects by RICS Chartered Surveyors.
What is a Structural Survey?
A structural survey (also referred to as a specific defect report) is a targeted inspection focusing on a particular structural concern or defect. It is typically commissioned when a general survey has identified a potential structural issue, or when there are visible signs of structural movement, cracking or subsidence.
Our RICS Chartered Surveyors work alongside structural engineers where necessary to provide a comprehensive assessment of the issue, its cause, and the remedial works required.
